You've got questions, and we have the answers.

Assignment details with job location, job title and description, industry, monthly salary, contract duration and candidate’s information. Candidate’s information should include nationality, educational level, Updated CV and brief job description.  Innovare will then provide free assessment and advice based on the Customer’s information.

No, we do not offer incorporation services in Taiwan but we can refer experts who provides such service to interested Customers. 

After initial assessment, the Customer to confirm on the eligibility of the candidate and sign contract with Innovare. Innovare will then proceed for onboarding preparation depending on the nationality or current visa status of the candidate. Work permit application rules and regulations shall abide to the country’s Department of Immigration. Innovare will provide guidance.  

Innovare will provide free initial assessment for the Customer on candidate’s eligibility for Work Permit. Default location is Taipei.  The required documents for applying Work Permit from the candidate include: 

The necessary requirements are as follows:

  1. Passport copy 
  2. Passport-size photo 
  3. Training Certificate (if applicable) 
  4. Education Certificate – must be in English (with certified English translation, if written in other foreign language), must be Attested/Certified True Copy (CTC) by Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in home country
  5. Work Certificate / Reference from previous company – min 2 years of experience, must be Attested/Certified True Copy (CTC) by Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in home country
  6. Updated resume
