Immigration Services

There are 3 main Visa categories in the Philippines:  Immigrant, Non-Immigrant and Special Visa. 
Each category has its own list of visas that may apply and if you are applying for a work permit, you require the Employee Visa 9G.

Payroll Administration

The Philippines requires a list of payroll compliance and has additional known payroll contributions. For example, employees who have during the calendar year is typically entitled to an annual 13th-month compensation, which must be paid during the year. Assignment details with job title and description, industry, monthly salary, contract duration and candidate’s information. Candidate’s information should include nationality, educational level, Updated CV and brief job description.  Innovare will then provide free assessment and advice based on the Customer’s information.

Yes, we offer the full range of services or it can be customisable based on the needs of the Customer.

After initial assessment, the Customer to confirm on the eligibility of the candidate and sign contract with Innovare. Innovare will then proceed for onboarding preparation depending on the nationality or current visa status of the candidate. Innovare will provide guidance.  

Yes, we can introduce the Customer to respective Government appointed agencies or Chamber of Commerce.  The Philippine government has various schemes to assist Philippine-based companies to expand their businesses here. 

There are various types of visas in Philippines, but Innovare usually supports the 9G working visa and other permits like Alien Employment Permit (AEP), Special Work Permit (SWP) and Provisional Work Permit (PWP). There will be local Job posting to consider local candidates fairly for job opportunities. Thereafter, a Tax Identification Number (TIN) must also obtain to finalize the documents for working visa. Innovare will provide free initial assessment for the Customer on candidate’s eligibility for the appropriate visa. The required documents for applying a visa from the candidate include:

  1. Passport copy – scanned copy passport biopage, visa and latest arrival stamp
  2. Highest Academic Qualification cert: Bachelor’s/Masters/Doctorate degree, etc
  3. ID Photo 2×2 cm
  4. Updated CV
  5. Job title and detailed job description
  6. Work location in Philippines
  7. Estimated start date
  8. Salary package  
  9. Complete mailing address and contact number
  10. Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID (Innovare to process) 

Expat must be in Philippines during the application process. It will take at least 2-4 months to complete the entire application however, once Provisional Work Permit (PWP) has been issued, the expat can start working while waiting for the approval of 9G working visa.
