Assignment details with job title and description, industry, monthly salary, contract duration and candidate’s information. Candidate’s information should include nationality, educational level, Updated CV and brief job description.  Innovare will then provide free assessment and advice based on Client’s information.

Yes, through our extensive network with other expertise in company set-up. Innovare does provide direct payroll calculation and social insurance management service after establishing your company.

After initial assessment, Client to confirm on the eligibility of the candidate and sign contract with Innovare. Innovare will then proceed for onboarding preparation depending on the nationality or current visa status of the candidate. If required, Employment Pass (EP) could be applied based on statutory rules if justified by the Expatriate Services Division (ESD). Innovare will provide guidance

There are various business associations that companies can join as members depending on industry and country of origin. There are also different types of grants which interested company can apply directly.

 Innovare will provide free initial assessment for Client on candidate’s eligibility for Employment Pass (EP) or Professional Visit Pass (PVP).

1.  If eligible for EP, Innovare will apply for quota for the foreign talent to fill a position before applying the EP. The required documents for applying Employment Pass from the candidate include:

  1. Passport copy 
  2. Passport-size photo
  3. Training Certificate (if applicable), must be in English & notarized by China Embassy in home country
  4. Education Certificate – must be in English and notarized by China Embassy in home country
  5. Work Certificate / Reference from previous company – min 2 years of experience
  6. Medical Examination Report in home Country, issued by the medical institutions which are authorized by the Local Chinese Embassy. Health check-up results taken in the last 6 months (must be in English/Chinese)
  7. Non Criminal Report Certificate – must be in English and notarized by China Embassy in home country
  8. Updated resume 
  9. Detailed Job and Description

2. If PVP is required, Innovare will submit the application as the local sponsor in Malaysia prior to the entry of the candidate into the country. A PVP is granted to foreign talents with acceptable professional qualifications or skills to provide services or undergo practical training with a Malaysian company on behalf of an overseas company on a temporary basis. The required documents for applying for a Professional Visit Pass from the client (Maximum 12 months, No extensions are allowed) include:

  1. Passport copy (all pages, including blank pages and cover page)
  2. The copy of the education certificate must be in English. If it is in another language, it needs to be translated and must be a Certified True Copy (CTC) attested by the respective Embassy in the respective country.
  3. Updated resume
  4. Detailed Job and Description
  5. Confirmation letter by the foreign / host-country company on the applicant’s employment details (salary, designation, duration of pass applied, etc)
  6. Working Schedule
  7. Contract and other supporting documents, if applicable.
