This also ensures that local immigration and employment laws are adhered to. This host company will be the technical employer of the individual.
We will be the employer of record, and as such be responsible for meeting all of the employment entitlements of the employee. Both the employer and the end client share the responsibility for workplace health and safety and other obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009.
